In a society where an estimated 50% of new teachers quit withing the first five years, teacher burnout is a topic that must be addressed not just by principals, but by school districts as a whole. However, how can you address teacher happiness? We start with the concept that in order for teachers to be happy they must start with the Whole Teacher Movement. Through this belief, we “attack” teacher burnout through a series of workshops, full day conferences, and discussions.
Our dynamic teachers/facilitators, have experience in K-12 education with a focus on providing job-embedded training to teachers who are directly in the trenches with students. Our workshop are designed to focus on your needs including topics on:
- [Teacher Burnout 101] What is it and how can I “fix” it?
- Mindfulness
- Finding Your Fulfillment: How Having My Worst Year Can Be My Biggest Lesson as a Teacher
- Teacher Culture: What Are Your Teachers Saying Behind Your Back
- Compassion Fatigue: Recognize the Signs and Address the Concerns
These fun, engaging workshops are a great starting point for schools on the journey to retain teachers and increase positive culture around your school.
